降脂合剂对高脂血症大鼠血脂谱及血液流变学的影响

目的观察降脂合剂对高脂血症大鼠血脂谱、血液流变学的影响。方法将雄性Wistar大鼠60只随机等分为正常对照组、模型组、辛伐他汀组和降脂合剂高、中、低剂量组,正常对照组用基础饲料喂养,其余各组喂高脂饲料建立高脂血症大鼠模型,造模的同时预防给药,10周后测定各组动物血脂谱、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)氧化易感性及血液流变学指标。结果与模型组比较,降脂合剂各剂量组胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)的水平降低,高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、载脂蛋白A(ApoA)的水平及apoA/apoB比值升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);降脂合剂各剂量组最大氧化速率时间(Tmax)和LDL氧化延迟时间(Lag time)均明显延长,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。与模型组比较,降脂合剂各剂量组血浆黏度(ηp)、全血黏度(ηb,低、中、高切)、红细胞聚集指数(IEA)、红细胞压积(HCT)明显降低,红细胞电泳时间(EET)明显缩短,红细胞变形指数(IED)升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论降脂合剂能够调节实验性高脂血症大鼠血脂代谢及血液的黏、浓、聚、凝状态,明显降低高脂血症大鼠LDL氧化易感性,对血脂和血流异常有较好的调节和治疗作用。 Objective To observe the effects of Jiangzhi Mixture on blood lipid profile and hemorheology in hyperlipidemic rats. Methods Sixty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model group, simvastatin group and Hypoglycemic agent high, medium and low dose groups. The normal control group was fed with basal diet, while the other groups were fed with high fat diet The establishment of hyperlipidemic rat model, while preventing the model of administration, 10 weeks after the determination of the various groups of animal lipid profile, low density lipoprotein (LDL-C) susceptibility and hemorheological indicators. Results Compared with the model group, the levels of cholesterol, triglyceride, LDL-C and ApoB were lower in each dose group than those in the model group. The levels of high density lipoprotein HDL-C), apolipoprotein A (ApoA) and the ratio of apoA / apoB were significantly increased (P <0.05 or P <0.01). The maximal oxidation rate of each dose group ) And LDL oxidation delay time (Lag time) were significantly longer, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Compared with the model group, the plasma viscosity (ηp), whole blood viscosity (ηb, low, middle and high cut), IEA and HCT were significantly decreased in each dosage group of Jiangzhi Mixture. The erythrocyte electrophoresis time (EET) were significantly shortened and the erythrocyte deformability index (IED) was increased. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion Jianglian Mixture can regulate blood lipid metabolism and blood viscosity, concentration, aggregation and coagulation state in experimental hyperlipidemic rats and significantly reduce LDL oxidative susceptibility in hyperlipidemic rats, and have a good blood lipids and blood flow abnormalities The role of regulation and treatment.
