目的研究弱酸性次氯酸消毒液的杀菌性能和金属腐蚀性。方法采用载体定量杀菌试验方法和理化分析方法,对弱酸性次氯酸消毒液进行试验观察。结果以含200mg/L有效氯的该消毒液对布片载体上的大肠杆菌(8099)和绿脓杆菌(ATCC 15442)作用5min,对金黄色葡萄球菌(ATCC 6538)作用7.5min,对白色念珠菌(ATCC 10231)作用20min,对钢片载体上的枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢(ATCC 9372)作用30min,其杀灭对数值可达3.00以上。对不锈钢金属基本无腐蚀,对铜、铝和碳钢属中度腐蚀。结论该消毒液具有较好的杀菌效果。
Objective To study the bactericidal performance and metal corrosion of weakly acidic hypochlorite disinfectant. Methods The method of quantitative bactericidal test and physical and chemical analysis were used to observe the weak acid hypochlorous acid disinfectant. Results The disinfection solution containing 200 mg / L of effective chlorine for 5 min on Escherichia coli (8099) and Pseudomonas aeruginosa (ATCC 15442) on cloth carrier, 7.5 min on S. aureus (ATCC 6538) (ATCC 10231) for 20 min, the bacillus subtilis (ATCC 9372) on the steel carrier was allowed to act for 30 min, and its killing logarithm was up to 3.00 or more. No corrosion of stainless steel, copper, aluminum and carbon steel moderate corrosion. Conclusion The disinfectant has a good bactericidal effect.
