用经聚丙烯酰胺(PAM,分子量2000~7000)改性的膨润土(MBT)与丙烯酰胺和部分中和的丙烯酸共聚物复合,研制新型的保水剂。以N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,过硫酸钾为引发剂,在添加MBT下用丙烯酰胺和丙烯酸(钠)溶液聚合制备高吸水复合材料,并研究其吸水性。结果表明,PAM可插入蒙脱石层间,使层间距变大。在MBT含量为5%,交联剂含量为0.025%,引发剂含量为0.25%时,复合材料吸水倍数为763g/g。扫描电镜(SEM)分析显示,与钠基膨润土相比,MBT在聚合物中以较小尺度分散。
Polyacrylamide (PAM, molecular weight 2000 ~ 7000) modified bentonite (MBT) and acrylamide and partially neutralized acrylic copolymer compound, developed a new type of water-retaining agent. N, N’-methylene-bis-acrylamide as cross-linking agent, potassium persulfate as initiator, adding MBT with acrylamide and sodium acrylate solution to prepare superabsorbent polymer and study its water absorption. The results show that PAM can be inserted between the layers of montmorillonite to increase the interlayer spacing. When the content of MBT is 5%, the content of cross-linking agent is 0.025% and the content of initiator is 0.25%, the water absorption ratio of composite is 763g / g. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) analysis showed that MBT was dispersed in the polymer on a smaller scale than sodium bentonite.
