职业院校教师下企业锻炼是职业教育发展的新形势和技能型人才培养的迫切要求,对于提高教师的实践教学能力,培养优质的技能型人才,增强学校的核心竞争力,具有十分重要的意义。但在实践过程中,由于企业、教师和学校等多方面的原因,效果不太理想。针对教师下企业锻炼存在的问题,本文进行了深度剖析,进而提出了切实可行的解决方案。
The training of enterprises under vocational college teachers is the urgent need of the new situation of vocational education development and the cultivation of skilled personnel. It is of great significance to improve teachers’ practical teaching ability, train high-quality skilled personnel and enhance their core competitiveness . However, in practice, due to many reasons such as enterprises, teachers and schools, the effect is not very satisfactory. In order to solve the problems existing in the training of teachers under the teacher, this article has carried on the deep analysis, and then put forward the feasible solution.
