目标管理是实行科学管理的一种有效方法。用于确定一个部门或单位及各成员的目标(任务),制订工作规划,确定考核奖励制度,进而调动全体职工的积极性,使之对制定的目标全力以赴地去实现。这种力法可广泛用于各生产科研企事业单位或管理部门。在科技情报体制改革中,我所试行了目标管理法,收到了较好的效果。体会如下:一、目标的确定目标的确定是实行这种管理方法的关键。研究所的目标应该是研究所基本任务的
Objective management is an effective method of implementing scientific management.
