本文以浙江宁波地区的82家制造企业为例,从产品新颖度与创新绩效之间的关系入手,并综合考虑环境动态性对两者关系的调节作用加以分析。结果显示,制造企业市场新颖度能促进产品创新绩效,技术新颖度则会降低产品创新绩效;技术动态性对开展技术新颖度的产品创新绩效具有调节作用,市场动态性对开展市场新颖度的产品创新绩效则无调节作用。
This article takes 82 manufacturing enterprises in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province as an example, starting with the relationship between product novelty and innovation performance, and considering the regulatory effect of environmental dynamics on the relationship between the two. The results show that the market novelty of manufacturing enterprises can promote the product innovation performance and the novelty of technology can reduce the product innovation performance. The technical dynamic has a regulating effect on the product innovation performance of the novelty of technology, Innovative performance has no regulatory role.
