改革开放以来,全国各地出现了一大批有进出口权的外贸公司和出口生产企业。其后,又陆续组建了一些外贸企业集团。与此同时,国内外形势也发生了不少变化,给这些外贸企业不断带来竞争压力。在这种情况下,厦门外贸(集团)公司应采取什么样的经营战略,才能求得生存和发展呢?本文就厦门外贸(集团)公司情况做点初步探讨。
Since the reform and opening up, there have been a large number of foreign trade companies and export production enterprises with import and export rights throughout the country. Since then, some foreign trade conglomerates have been formed one after another. At the same time, a lot of changes have taken place in the domestic and international situation, and these foreign trade companies continue to bring competitive pressures. Under this circumstance, what kind of business strategy should Xiamen Xiamen Foreign Trade (Group) Co., Ltd. adopt in order to obtain survival and development? This paper makes a preliminary discussion on the situation of Xiamen Foreign Trade (Group) Company.
