目的比较不同桩核材料应用于大面积牙体缺损的临床疗效。方法将300颗大面积牙体缺损的患牙随机分为3组,分别用成品玻璃纤维桩、铸造桩核和成品金属螺纹桩进行大面积牙体缺损的修复,观察1~3年后的疗效。结果成品金属螺纹桩组的成功率为75.00%,铸造桩核组的成功率为91.30%,成品玻璃纤维桩组的成功率为91.49%。成品玻璃纤维桩组与铸造桩核组相比差异无统计学意义,而铸造桩核组、成品玻璃纤维桩组与成品金属螺纹桩组相比差异有统计学意义。结论铸造桩核和成品玻璃纤维桩疗效相近,均优于成品金属螺纹桩,是较为理想的恢复大面积牙体缺损的桩核材料。
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of different post-core materials applied to large-scale dental defects. Methods 300 teeth with large dental defects were randomly divided into 3 groups. The large diameter dental defects were repaired with the finished glass fiber post, the cast post core and the finished metal screw post. The curative effect was observed after 1 to 3 years . Results The success rate of finished metal screw pile was 75.00%, the success rate of casting pile and core was 91.30%, and the success rate of finished glass fiber pile was 91.49%. There was no significant difference between the finished fiberglass pile group and the cast pile core group, while the differences between the cast pile core group, the finished fiberglass pile group and the finished metal screw pile group were statistically significant. CONCLUSION Casting post core and finished fiberglass piles have similar curative effect, which are better than finished metal screw piles. It is an ideal material for post-core restoration of large-scale dental defects.
