目的:采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定林芝地区产丹参不同部位中丹参酚酸B的含量。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Phenomenex C18柱(4.60mm×250mm,5μm);流动相为甲酸-水-甲醇-乙腈(1∶59∶30∶10),等度洗脱;流速为1mL/min;检测波长为286nm;柱温为25℃。结果:丹参酚酸B含量测定的线性范围为0.039 6~0.792mg/mL,相关系数为0.999 0,平均加样回收率为99.40%。结论:丹参茎、叶中均含有丹参酚酸B,可以进行相应资源的开发。
Objective: To determine the content of salvianolic acid B in different parts of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Methods: The HPLC method was Phenomenex C18 column (4.60mm × 250mm, 5μm). The mobile phase was formic acid-water-methanol-acetonitrile (1:59:30:10) min; detection wavelength was 286nm; column temperature was 25 ℃. Results: The linear range of salvianolic acid B was 0.039 6 ~ 0.792 mg / mL, the correlation coefficient was 0.999 0, and the average recovery was 99.40%. Conclusion: Salvia miltiorrhiza B and Salvia miltiorrhiza B are contained in the stem and leaf of Salvia miltiorrhiza, which can be used to develop the corresponding resources.
