猕猴桃不仅营养丰富、味道鲜美,而且具有较高的药用价值,深受人们喜爱。随着猕猴桃人工选育的深入和发展,各种优良品种(品系)不断涌现,其成熟期相差悬殊,因此根据用途,适时采收显得十分重要。采摘过早,产量低,品质差;采摘过迟,鼠、鸟为害重,易落果,不耐贮藏。同时,采收时期的迟早与次年产量亦有影响。为了弄清猕猴桃采收期对果实耐贮性及次年结果习性的影响,我们于1985~1986年进行了研究,现将结果初报如下:
Kiwi is not only nutritious, delicious, but also has high medicinal value, loved by the people. With the further development of artificially breeding kiwifruit, all kinds of fine varieties (strains) are emerging constantly, and their maturation periods are quite different. Therefore, it is very important to timely harvest according to the purposes. Picking too early, low yield, poor quality; picking too late, rats, birds as heavy, easy to fall, impatient storage. At the same time, sooner or later the harvesting period will have an impact on the following year’s output. In order to find out the effect of harvest time of kiwifruit on the storability of fruit and the result of the following year, we conducted the research from 1985 to 1986, and the results are as follows:
