本文根据“三轴差动系统”原理,提出了一种对“3K”轮系作效率分析的新方法。本文所提出的方法,属“轴力矩分析法”,所推出的计算公式与原有各种公式都不同,形式简单,使用方便,已在《机械原理电算程序集》中采用。本文将着重对此新方法的原理和应用作较详细和深入的介绍。本文还简单介绍了苏联、日本和联邦德国学者们的“啮合功率法”、“串联法”及“偶合法”等典型方法,并作了简要的对比和评论。
Based on the principle of “three-axis differential system”, this paper presents a new method for efficiency analysis of “3K” gear train. The method proposed in this paper belongs to “Axial Moment Analysis Method”, and its calculation formula is different from the original formulas. It is simple in form and easy to use. It has been adopted in “Mechanical Principle Computer Set”. This article will focus on the principle and application of this new method for a more detailed and in-depth introduction. This article also briefly introduces typical methods such as “meshing power method”, “tandem method” and “coupling method” of Soviet Union, Japan and Federal German scholars, and gives a brief comparison and comment.
