民营企业的发展需要政府为其创造宽松环境。目前 ,我国在市场准入、政策待遇、资金融通和法律保护等方面还存在诸多制约民营企业成长的障碍。为此 ,应采取更新观念 ,实现政府管理体制真正转变 ;加快金融体制改革 ,拓宽融资渠道 ;调整市场准入政策 ,扩大投资领域 ;健全法律制度 ,为民营企业保驾护航等有利措施 ,以消除民营企业发展的环境制约障碍 ,从而促进民营企业持续健康地发展。
The development of private enterprises requires the government to create a relaxed environment for them. At present, there are still many obstacles restricting the growth of private-owned enterprises in China's market access, policy treatment, financial intermediation and legal protection.
