本研究采用十二指肠插管注胆汁入闭合肠襻,成功复制出大鼠胰腺炎。结果发现,胰腺炎后6 h肺系数和肺血管外水量显著增高,肺有充血、出血、水肿和肺不张。胰腺病变与肺病变的严重程度呈正相关,12 h胰、肺病变加重,相关更为显著。注胆汁后1 h起血清LPO含量显著升高直至实验结束。肺LPO含量6 h有升高趋势,12 h显著升高,与胰、肺病变程度有平行关系。提示LPO的增高在胰腺炎及其所致肺损伤中具有一定作用。
In this study, duodenal intubation bile injection into the closed intestine, successful replication of rat pancreatitis. The results showed that pulmonary function and pulmonary extravascular volume were significantly increased 6 h after pancreatitis. The lungs had congestion, hemorrhage, edema and atelectasis. Pancreatic lesions and lung disease severity was positively correlated, 12 h pancreas, lung disease increased, the correlation is more significant. Serum LPO levels increased significantly 1 h after bile injection until the end of the experiment. Lung LPO content increased 6 h, 12 h significantly increased, and pancreatic and pulmonary lesions have a parallel relationship. Tip LPO increased in pancreatitis and lung injury caused by its role.
