现代物流与国际结算是国际贸易的两个重要环节。现代物流是在全球经济一体化和信息化这两大背景下形成的,虽然人们对现代物流的认识还处在不断深化的过程中,但是它的全新经营观念已被所有国家所接受,其发展水平已成为一个国家综合国力的标志。与新兴的现代物流相比,国际结算有其悠久的历史,经过多年实践,国际结算已经形成一整套行之有效的习惯做法,人们称之为国际惯例。从国际结算惯例和现代物流观念入手,指出这种矛盾的根源并提出协调思路。
