本文针对目前我国文化产业人才认证体系所存在的组织缺失、分类混乱、结构残缺等现实弊端,认为政府应当高度重视文化创意产业人才的培育和认证工作,推进相关部门和组织结合横向标准化和纵向等级化模块双重维度,整体搭建文化创意人才的认证框架,以实现人才资源的优化管理和保值增值。
This article aims at the current defects in the cultural industry personnel certification system such as organizational loss, disorganized classification and incomplete structure.
