图1所示为载货汽车8.5-20车轮,材料为Q235B,材料厚度14mm。由零件图可以看出,该零件加工工序较多,工艺较复杂,所以合理安排工艺顺序,减少或利用工序间的相互影响尤为重要。其冲压工艺方案为:下方料→冲孔落料→轮辐成型→冲中心孔及螺栓孔→冲通风孔→挤通风孔→压印→车端面→切宽槽。
Figure 1 shows the van 8.5-20 wheels, material Q235B, material thickness 14mm. As can be seen from the part drawings, this part has many processing steps and complex processes, so it is especially important to reasonably arrange the order of processes and reduce or utilize the interaction between processes. The stamping process for the program: the following material → punching blanking → spokes forming → punch center hole and bolt hole → flush vent → squeeze vent → embossing → car end surface → cut width slot.
