党的十一届三中全会以来,我县二轻集体企业有了很大发展,但是财会队伍却是“一老二少三不懂”的状况,即一是原有的财会人员大多年老;二是新生力量少,不敷分配;三是有的财会人员业务适应力差,不懂成本核算,缺乏现代化管理知识。针对这种情况我们又采取了三条措施: (1)送外培训。送培的办法:一是由厂公费送培,学完后回原厂工作;二是由在职职工或待业职工子女自费参加培训,学完后挑选胜任者,由局统一安排
