YQ—150A型露天潜孔钻机,是我矿主要穿孔设备,每月穿孔12000米左右,消耗大量的钻头及固定钻头用的键(通称销子),形状如图1所示。这种销子平均每月使用400个到500个,均为我矿机修车间自行制造。按照原有的生产工艺,满足不了使用的要求,而且占用大量加工设备。根据广大工人的意见和要求,车间“三结合”技术革新小组从1974年开始研究和设计专门制造这种销子的辊轧机,于1975年8月制成,并正式投产使用。
YQ-150A open-air DTH drill is the main perforation equipment of mine. It pierces about 12000m per month and consumes a large number of drill bits and keys (commonly known as pins) for fixing drill bits. The shape is shown in Fig.1.
