基于氨水溶液介质中,痕量镉和铅对过氧化氢氧化偶氮胂Ⅰ褪色有阻抑作用,建立动力学光度法同时测定痕量铅和镉的新方法。方法测定铅、镉的线性范围分别为0.005~0.50μg/mL和0.002~0.80μg/mL。大多数共存离子不干扰测定,Mg2+,Ca2+,Zn2+,Sn2+等离子的干扰可通过双硫腙萃取-反萃取的方法消除。方法用于实际样品中铅、镉同时测定,标准加入回收率分别为98%~101%,96%~97%;相对标准偏差各小于3.0%,2.6%。
Based on the aqueous ammonia solution, trace amounts of cadmium and lead have a suppressive effect on the oxidation of arsenazo I by hydrogen peroxide, and a new method for simultaneous determination of trace lead and cadmium by kinetic spectrophotometry was established. The linear range of determination of lead and cadmium was 0.005-0.50μg / mL and 0.002-0.80μg / mL, respectively. Most of the co-existing ions do not interfere with the determination. The interference of Mg2 +, Ca2 +, Zn2 +, and Sn2 + ions can be eliminated by the method of dithizone extraction-back extraction. The method was applied to the simultaneous determination of lead and cadmium in the samples. The standard recoveries were 98% -101% and 96% -97%, respectively. The relative standard deviations were less than 3.0% and 2.6% respectively.
