多年来我厂测定阴离子洗涤剂含量是用阳离子两相滴定法,以阳离子(新洁而灭)溶液作滴定剂,酸性亚甲基蓝作指示剂,在水相和氯仿两相中滴定,两相颜色一致为终点。对微量阴离子洗涤剂的测定则采用亚甲基蓝比色法,亚甲基蓝与阴离子生成蓝色的盐,用氯仿萃取,然后用分光光度计比色,色度与浓度成正比。这两个方法都要使用试剂氯仿,而且后一方法氯仿用量大,测定时间长。近年来,中国科学院上海有机化学研究所研制成功液膜型烷基苯磺酸根离子选择性电极(简称DBS电极),用DBS电极作为终点
