一.运行状况(一)基本情况1、煤炭产销量下降。2003年到2013年全国煤炭产量经历了10多年的持续增长,其中年增幅最大的是2003年(增长18.35%),随后年均增速逐步回落,2009-2011年产量增幅随投资增长回升,2012年后产量增幅下降呈加快趋势,2013年增幅只有0.96%。今年以来,全国煤炭产量逐月下降。上半年全国煤炭销量17.27亿吨,同比下降2.1%;其中,6月份2.84亿吨,同比下降2.3%。
I. Operation status (I) Basic situation 1, coal production and sales decline. The coal output in China experienced a continuous increase of more than 10 years from 2003 to 2013, with the largest annual increase in 2003 (an increase of 18.35%). After that, the average annual growth rate gradually dropped. The growth of output in 2009-2011 picked up with the growth of investment. The year-on-year decline in output growth is accelerating, with an increase of only 0.96% in 2013. Since the beginning of this year, the national coal output has dropped month by month. In the first half of the year, coal sales volume in the country was 1,727 million tons, down 2.1% over the same period of last year; among them, 284 million tons in June, down 2.3% from the same period of last year.
