目的探讨子宫压迫缝合术应用于产后出血治疗的临床效果。方法选择2015年4月—2016年6月三门峡市中心医院收治的88例产后出血患者,应用不同方式的子宫压迫缝合术对患者进行治疗,分析治疗效果。结果 88例患者接受不同方式子宫压迫缝合术进行治疗后,止血有效率为98.86%,术后出血量显著少于术前(P<0.05),无患者出现并发症。结论将子宫压迫缝合术应用于产后出血能取得较为理想的止血效果,且手术操作较为简单,易于推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of uterine compression suture applied to postpartum hemorrhage. Methods From April 2015 to June 2016, 88 patients with postpartum hemorrhage admitted to Sanmenxia Central Hospital were treated with uterine compression suture in different ways and the therapeutic effect was analyzed. Results 88 patients received different ways of uterine compression suture treatment, the effective rate of hemostasis was 98.86%, postoperative bleeding was significantly less than preoperative (P <0.05), no patient complications. Conclusion Uterine compression suture applied to postpartum hemorrhage can achieve better hemostatic effect, and the operation is simple and easy to popularize.
