由于民警职业的特殊性,民警容易产生不良情绪,这些不良情绪会影响民警的身心健康、人际交往和工作效率。根据民警不良情绪产生的原因及特点,民警克服不良情绪要分两个步骤进行,首先要学会意识自己不良情绪的存在,其次运用一定的方法去克服不良情绪。本文从自我觉察、通过周围人的反馈、了解自己情绪活动的规律三方面来使民警意识自己不良情绪的存在;通过认知调节、暂时离开刺激源、培养对公安工作的兴趣、建立和谐的人际关系等方法使民警学会克服不良情绪。
Due to the special nature of civilian police, police vulnerable to negative emotions, these bad emotions will affect the physical and mental health of police, interpersonal and work efficiency.
