目的 研究雌二醇对睾丸组织生长发育的影响及作用机理。方法 以雄性幼年SD大鼠为对象 ,设实验组和对照组 ,实验组大鼠皮下注射苯甲酸雌二醇 (E2 B ,0 .0 4mg/g体重 ) ,于注药后第 14、2 8、42、5 6天取材。行睾丸重量测定、组织病理学观察和凝集素 (ConA ,GS I ,PNA ,SBA和DBA)组织化学实验。结果 实验组睾丸重量 (1× 10 -2 g) 14d为 3 .3 1± 0 .47,2 8d为 4.45±0 .64 ,42d为 6.3 8± 0 .5 5 ,5 6d为 6.41± 0 .81,均明显小于对照组 (14 .47± 1.2 0、2 1.95± 7.72、95 .43± 1.62、10 7.76± 1.2 4,P <0 .0 1) ;与对照组相比 ,实验组睾丸生长发育停滞并出现明显病理学改变 ,对凝集素的反应减弱。结论 雌二醇对大鼠睾丸组织生长发育有明显的损害作用
Objective To study the effect and mechanism of estradiol on testicular growth and development. Methods Male SD rats were used as the experimental group and control group. The rats in the experimental group were subcutaneously injected estradiol benzoate (E2 B, 0.040 mg / g body weight) for 14, 28 , 42 and 6 days. The testis weight, histopathological examination and lectin (ConA, GS I, PNA, SBA and DBA) histochemical experiments were performed. Results Testicular weight (1 × 10 -2 g) in experimental group was 3.31 ± 0.47 at 28 days, 4.45 ± 0.64 at 28 days, 6.3 8 ± 0.5 at 42 days and 6.41 ± 5 at 56 days. 81 were significantly lower than those in the control group (14.47 ± 1.2 0,2 1.95 ± 7.72,95.43 ± 1.62,10 7.76 ± 1.2 4, P <0.01). Compared with the control group, the testis growth Stages of development and significant pathological changes, decreased response to lectin. Conclusion Estradiol can significantly damage the growth and development of testis in rats
