目的研究赤芝Ganoderma lucidum的干燥子实体乙醇提取物的化学成分及其活性。方法运用硅胶柱色谱、中压液相色谱、HPLC等色谱技术对赤芝95%乙醇提取物进行系统分离,并结合UV、HR-ESI-MS、ESI-MS、1D-NMR、2D-NMR等波谱学手段对所得到的化合物进行结构鉴定;考察化合物的α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性。结果从赤芝95%乙醇提取物中分离得到11个三萜类化合物,分别鉴定为灵芝醇A(1)、灵芝酸H(2)、灵芝酸AM1(3)、灵芝酸D(4)、灵芝酸D甲酯(5)、ganolucidic acid E(6)、11α-hydroxy-3,7-dioxo-5α-lanosta-8,24(E)-dien-26-oic acid(7)、灵芝烯酸D(8)、赤芝酸A(9)、赤芝酸F甲酯(10)、赤芝酸B(11)。结论化合物1为新化合物,化合物1和5显示了一定的α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制作用。
Objective To study the chemical constituents and activities of ethanol extracts from the dried fruiting body of Ganoderma lucidum. Methods The 95% ethanolic extracts of Ganoderma lucidum were systematically isolated by silica gel column chromatography, medium pressure liquid chromatography and HPLC. The UV-HR-ESI-MS, ESI-MS, 1D-NMR and 2D- The structural identification of the obtained compound was carried out by means of study. The α-glucosidase inhibitory activity of the compound was examined. Results Eleven triterpenes were isolated from 95% ethanol extract of Ganoderma lucidum and identified as Ganoderma lucidum A (1), Ganoderma acid H (2), Ganoderma acid AM1 (3), Ganoderma acid D (4) Acid D (5), ganolucidic acid E (6), 11α-hydroxy-3,7-dioxo-5α-lanosta-8,24 (E) -dien- (8), Chitosan A (9), Chondroitin F (10), Chitosan B (11). Conclusion Compound 1 is a new compound, and compounds 1 and 5 show some α-glucosidase inhibitory activity.
