本文基于职业高原理论视角,结合西安高新开发区应用型外语人才流动现状,总结了该地区外语人才流动规律及其存在的问题,并给出了对策建议。
Based on the perspective of occupational plateau theory and the current situation of applied foreign language talents in Xi’an High-tech Development Zone, this article summarizes the current law of foreign language talents in the region and its existing problems, and gives some suggestions.
