目的通过检测呼吸道合胞病毒(respiratory syncytial virus,RSV)毛细支气管炎(毛支)患儿外周血中Th17细胞及细胞因子IL-17的水平变化,探讨其与RSV毛支气道炎症的相关性。方法选择40例初次喘息发作的RSV毛支患儿作为研究对象,急性期及恢复期各抽取外周静脉血2mL,流式细胞术检测Th-17细胞比例,ELISA法检测IL-17水平。结果 RSV毛支急性期Th17及IL-17水平均明显升高(P<0.01);与恢复期相比,差异有统计学意义;重度毛支与轻度毛支相比,急性期Th17细胞比例及IL-17水平明显升高(P<0.01),而恢复期差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 Th17及IL-17可能参与RSV毛支急性期气道炎症反应过程,并与疾病的严重程度相关。
Objective To detect the changes of Th17 cells and cytokine IL-17 in peripheral blood of children with bronchiolitis (bronchiolitis) with respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) and to explore their correlation with RSV bronchioloalveolar inflammation . Methods Forty infants with RSV bronchiolitis who had initial wheezing episodes were enrolled in this study. Peripheral venous blood (2 mL) was collected during acute phase and convalescent phase respectively. The proportion of Th-17 cells was determined by flow cytometry. The level of IL-17 was measured by ELISA. Results The levels of Th17 and IL-17 in the acute stage of RSV were significantly increased (P <0.01), compared with the recovery stage, the difference was statistically significant. The ratio of Th17 cells in acute stage And IL-17 levels were significantly increased (P <0.01), but no significant difference in recovery period (P> 0.05). Conclusion Th17 and IL-17 may be involved in the acute airway inflammation of the RSV branch of hair and is related to the severity of the disease.
