根据国有顺昌埔上林场40年生马尾松人工林林分解析资料和当地的各项技术经济指标 ,分析了40年生马尾松人工林主林木在各龄级的动态收益。采用了土地期望价、净现值、指率等经济指标对其收益进行了分析 ,为合理确定马尾松的采伐时间及营林措施提供了依据。
According to the analysis data of 40-year-old Pinus massoniana plantation and the various technical and economic indicators in the forest of 40-year-old Pinus massoniana plantation in Changshu of Shunchang, the dynamic gain of main trees in 40-year-old masson pine plantation at each age stage was analyzed. The economic indicators such as land expectation price, net present value and index rate were used to analyze their returns, which provided the basis for judging the logging time and measures of silviculture reasonably.
