目的 :评价面颈部异位脑膜瘤的诊断和治疗方法。方法 :对 1994年 1月至 1999年 6月间在我科接受治疗的 5例异位脑膜瘤患者 ,进行回顾性分析。结果 :2例原发于咽旁间隙、原发于颞下间隙、眶周前额区和翼腭凹各 1例 ;其中 2例异位脑膜瘤因邻近颅底重要结构仅作次全切除 ,另外 3例作完整切除。结论 :面颈部异位脑膜瘤较为罕见 ,早期诊断和及时手术治疗十分必要 ,尤以软硬组织缺损整复方法的选择更为重要
Objective: To evaluate the diagnosis and treatment of ectopic meningiomas in face and neck. Methods: Five cases of ectopic meningiomas treated in our department from January 1994 to June 1999 were retrospectively analyzed. Results: Two cases were found in parapharyngeal space, primary in inferior temporal space, orbitofrontal forebrain and pterygopalatine in 1 case, of which 2 cases of ectopic meningioma were only subtotally resected due to the adjacent structure of the skull base. 3 cases for complete resection. Conclusion: Ectopic and meningioma of the face and neck are rare. Early diagnosis and timely surgical treatment are very necessary. Especially the selection of soft and hard tissue defects is more important
