目前,国内外学者均认为,应根据人体在运动训练影响下,体内物质代谢和能量代谢的规律去安排和修改游泳的训练计划,美国E·麦格利斯科等通过大量的实验后指出,发展运动员的无氧耐力,应以血乳酸12mM/L作为最低训练强度,然而对于我院体育系的游泳运动员,应怎样进行训练,才能在正常的学习和一般膳食条件下提高运动成绩呢?为了达此目的,我们根据体育学院的特点,制定一种适合体育系实际的训练方法,并以某些生化指标加以评定,从而找出一种以较少的训练次数,较短的时间而又能出较好成绩的训练方法。
