[案情简介]申请人:魏某某,男。被申请人:某电器有限公司。申请人诉称:申请人是被申请人单位员工。2001年12月与被申请人签订劳动合同,做会计工作,一直到201 3年7月9日,每月工资1800元。2009年3月申请人患尿毒症,每周透析三次。患病初期,被申请人积极配合并关心,但用人单位更换领导后,决定让申请人回家休息,这期间按病休处理,后来每月只开400多元工资。201 5年4月,申请人收到“解除劳动关系通知书”。申请人认为解除劳动合同违法。
