为研究丹参在生物组织低温活性保存中的作用 ,4只家绵羊 ,在主动脉的同一部位各取4块组织 ,用RPMI 16 40为主的A液和加丹参的B液 ,分别培养 1月、3月。以葡萄糖 (Glu)代谢实验和乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)释放实验 ,检测其代谢活性 ,并经组织切片观察其结构变化。结果 :B液保存 1月、3月的主动脉组织 ,复温后Glu、LDH与新鲜组织相比 ,无显著性差异 ;优于A液保存者。提示加丹参的 16 40培养液有利于家绵羊主动脉组织的低温活性保存。
To study the role of Salvia miltiorrhiza in cryogenic activity preservation of biological tissues, four sheep were sampled in the same part of the aorta and four tissues were used. A solution containing RPMI 16 40 and B solution containing Salviae miltiorrhiza were cultured for one month. ,March. Glucose (Glu) metabolism experiments and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) release experiments were performed to examine their metabolic activity and their structural changes were observed by tissue sections. RESULTS: B fluid stored aortic tissue at 1 month and 3 months. There was no significant difference in Glu and LDH after rewarming compared with fresh tissue. It is suggested that the 16 40 culture fluid of Salvia miltiorrhiza can promote the cryogenic activity of sheep aortic tissue.
