目的:探究布地奈德雾化吸入治疗儿童支原体肺炎的疗效及其对血清IgE、IL-3、IL-4水平的影响。方法:选取我院2009年1月至2009年12月的98例支原体肺炎患儿为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组各49例,对照组给予阿奇霉素为主的治疗,第1天10 mg/kg顿服,第2~5天,每日5 mg/kg顿服;治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予布地奈德雾化吸入,每次0.25~0.50 mg,每天2次,疗程为5 d。结果:治疗一个疗程后,治疗组患儿的总有效率为95.92%,高于对照组的55.10%,且治疗组患儿呼吸道再次感染例数低于对照组;两组患儿血清IgE、IL-3、IL-4水平均有所下降,但治疗组患儿血清IgE、IL-3、IL-4的下降水平比对照组更明显,治疗后两组患儿血清IgE、IL-3、IL-4水平比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:布地奈德雾化吸入能明显降低支原体肺炎患儿体内的IgE、IL-3、IL-4水平,显著缓解支原体肺炎患儿症状如咳嗽、肺部湿啰音等,提高疗效。
Objective: To investigate the efficacy of inhaled budesonide inhalation in children with mycoplasma pneumonia and its effects on serum levels of IgE, IL-3 and IL-4. Methods: A total of 98 mycoplasmal pneumonia children from January 2009 to December 2009 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into treatment group (49 cases) and control group (49 cases). The control group was treated with azithromycin mg / kg Dayton clothing, 2 to 5 days, daily 5 mg / kg Dayton clothing; the treatment group on the basis of the control group treated with budesonide inhalation, each 0.25 ~ 0.50 mg, 2 times a day, For 5 days. Results: After a course of treatment, the total effective rate in the treatment group was 95.92%, higher than that in the control group (55.10%). The number of respiratory re-infection cases in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group. Serum IgE, IL -3, IL-4 levels decreased, but serum levels of IgE, IL-3, IL-4 in the treatment group decreased more significantly than those in the control group. After treatment, serum IgE, IL-3, IL -4 levels were significantly different (P <0.05). Conclusion: Inhaled inhalation of budesonide can significantly reduce the levels of IgE, IL-3 and IL-4 in children with mycoplasma pneumonia and relieve the symptoms of mycoplasma pneumonia children such as cough, lung auscultation, and improve the curative effect.
