本文采用投资效果的分析法与综合评分法,从微观经济及宏观经济方面,对开发山西煤田合理的矿井井型作了理论上的探讨。结果认为,建设山西煤炭能源基地的骨干矿井,应以年产90—180万吨的大型矿井为宜,而且应取大型矿井最优范围的上限值,即150和180万吨/年更为合理。为解决煤炭的急需,可因地制宜地建设一批中小型矿井。除开采条件好的井田,建设个别特大型矿井以取得经验外,不宜多建特大型矿井。
In this paper, the investment effect of the analysis and comprehensive score method, from the micro-economy and macroeconomic aspects, to develop a reasonable mine shaft in Shanxi coalfield theoretical discussion.
