The so-called pancreatic cystic tumor (CNP) is a rare case of Cys-tadenomas and Cystadenocarcinoma. In clinical practice, delay in diagnosis and treatment is often due to lack of awareness. First, the pathogenesis of CNP Since 1911, Kaufman and Lehrbug in the German report on the first case of pancreatic cystadenocarcinoma In 1934 Liehtestein officially reported the first case of pancreatic cystadenocarcinoma, a similar case report has gradually increased, accounting for about all 10 to 15% of pancreatic cysts. Until 1980, only 300 cases of pancreatic cystadenocarcinoma were reported in the world literature.
