1病例介绍患者女,66岁,半年前无明显诱因下出现剑突下阻塞感,伴反酸,上腹隐痛,食后尤甚,无恶心、呕吐、烧心、胸痛、吞咽困难、呕血黑便。于2011-12-20入我院经胃镜及超声胃镜检查示:黏膜下1.5cm×0.7cm大小肿物,固有肌层来源。入院诊断:食管下段间质瘤。入院后予以相关检查,如血常规、凝血功能、肝功全套、肺部X片、心电图等均无明显异常。于2011-12-22行经黏膜下隧道肿瘤切除术
