浅谈计算机技术在食品微生物实验中的应用

计算机技术为传统的教学提供了新的技术支持,使得计算机技术被应用在各个学科的教学中去.在食品微生物学的实验教学中,计算机技术的应用不但可以使实验教学的内容变得生动直观,而且还可以节省大量的教学时间,使得微生物学实验教学的不少难题得以解决.要想让计算机技术在食品微生物的实验课上充分发挥作用,还需要教师对教学内容进行精心的准备,组织教学的方式要更加合理,激发学生的主观能动性.
