水是生命物质的溶剂,也是生命的营养物质,正常人每天需要2.5升水。不过,要注意的是,并非饮水越多越好,饮水过量对身体有害。
Water is a solvent of life’s material, and also a nutrient of life. Normal people need 2.5 liters of water a day. However, it should be noted that not the more water the better, excessive drinking water is harmful to the body.
