通过分析地方政府执行力弱化的表现:执行力度不足、执行强度不强、执行效度不高,从马斯洛需求理论视角分析了政府执行力弱化的根源,主要体现在行政人员健康执行心态缺失、行政人员自身素质偏低、绩效评估机制不够完善、激励机制不足,有针对性地提出提升政府执行力的途径:解决行政人员的生理需求和安全需求、营造爱的氛围,增强归属感、尊重行政人员、完善自我实现途径。
By analyzing the weakening performance of local government execution, the implementation strength is not enough, the execution intensity is not strong, and the validity of execution is not high. From the perspective of Maslow’s demand theory, the author analyzes the root causes of the weakening of government execution force, which is mainly reflected in the lack of implementation of administrative staff’s health mentality , The administrative staff’s own quality is low, the performance evaluation mechanism is not perfect enough and the incentive mechanism is inadequate.
