运用文献资料、专家访谈等方法,对湖北省签约高校国防生体能训练进行了研究分析,提出遵循实用性和个性化原则,设置较完善的军事体能课程。对96名男性国防生实施了40学时的体能训练跟踪研究。结果表明,体能训练课效果显著,实验1组国防生各项体能素质都有明显提高,其中仰卧起坐、100 m和3 000 m测试成绩与对照组呈非常显著性差异。同时选取代表性指标血红蛋白、血尿素评定身体机能状况,为国防生实施科学的体能训练与监测提供理论参考。
By means of literature, expert interviews and other methods, Hubei Province contracted college national defense physical fitness training conducted a study and analysis, put forward to follow the principles of practicality and individuality, set more perfect military physical fitness curriculum. A total of 96 male national defense students conducted a 40-hour physical training follow-up study. The results showed that the effect of physical training class was significant. The physical fitness of all national defense students in experimental group 1 was obviously improved. The test scores of sit-ups of 100 m and 3 000 m were significantly different from those of the control group. At the same time, we selected the representative indexes of hemoglobin and blood urea to evaluate the body function, which provided a theoretical reference for the national defense students to carry out scientific physical training and monitoring.
