1993年2月下旬,成都军区组织全区师旅后勤部长进行了为期10天的《基层后勤管理条例》集训。这次集训是在全区经过近年来对后勤管理工作的实践探索,并取得了一定的成绩和经验的基础上进行的。集训以专题授课、经验介绍和现场参观的方式进行。通过集训,大家明确了基层后勤工作的重点,强化了管理意识;明确了基层后勤规范化管理的准则和依据,统一了基层后勤管理的思想和行动;明确了基层后勤管理实践应注意把握
In late February 1993, the Chengdu Military Region organized a tour of logistics training for grassroots logistics management ministries for a total of 10 days.
