目的:探讨早期2型糖尿病患者运动时骨骼肌氧代谢水平及外周血管功能变化。方法:采用近红外光谱(NIRS)测定技术,对34例早期2型糖尿病患者(糖尿病组)和9例正常人(对照组)足底屈运动时及运动结束后的腓肠肌氧合血红蛋白/肌红蛋白(OxyHb/Mb)的含量进行测定,并结合踝肱指数(ABPI)、四肢脉波速度(baPWV)等外周血管功能指标进行分析。结果:糖尿病组骨骼肌氧利用率(MO2)明显低于对照组(P<0.001),OxyHb/Mb的恢复时间(Tr)为15.9±9.6sec,与对照组10.2±4.5sec比较有延长趋势。糖尿病组ABPI为1.15±0.06,与对照组1.16±0.07比较无明显差异;糖尿病组baPWV为1520.2±211.8cm/sec,明显低于对照组1358.0±169.3cm/sec(P<0.05)。提示早期2型糖尿病患者骨骼肌氧利用降低。
Objective: To investigate the changes of skeletal muscle oxygen metabolism and peripheral vascular function in patients with early type 2 diabetes during exercise. Methods: The gastrocnemius oxyhemoglobin / muscular redness of 34 patients with early stage type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM group) and 9 normal subjects (control group) during flexion and flexion of foot were measured by near infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) (OxyHb / Mb) were measured and the peripheral blood vessel function indexes such as ankle brachial index (ABPI) and limbs pulse wave velocity (baPWV) were analyzed. Results: The skeletal muscle oxygen utilization (MO2) in diabetic group was significantly lower than that in control group (P <0.001). OxyHb / Mb recovery time (Tr) was 15.9 ± 9.6sec, which was longer than that in control group 10.2 ± 4.5sec. The ABPI in diabetic group was 1.15 ± 0.06, which showed no significant difference compared with control group 1.16 ± 0.07. The baPWV in diabetic group was 1520.2 ± 211.8cm / sec, which was significantly lower than that in control group (1358.0 ± 169.3cm / sec, P <0.05). Suggesting that patients with type 2 diabetes early skeletal muscle oxygen utilization decreased.
