一、爆炸复合板的形变和应力爆炸复合是将两种金属焊接在一起的新工艺。爆炸复合后,在粘结界面两侧有一薄层形变区。如果爆炸工艺控制不当,会形成多量的形变流线(图1),而且界面两侧的硬度相应提高,复合板的综合性能反而降低。粘结界面上的形变流线是应力最集中的区域。以超低碳不锈钢316L和16Mn爆炸复合为例。在粘结面两侧进行X射线衍射,将测定结果绘成应力分布曲线(图2)。从图
