高炉炼铁所用的炉料包括:炼结矿、球团矿、天然块矿、熔剂和焦炭。所谓炼铁炉料结构技术主要是指所用烧结矿、球团矿、天然块矿的比例。熔剂是在产烧结和球团过程中配加,在高炉正常生产时是不单独配加熔剂。焦炭用量是随高炉冶炼条件(包括入炉矿石含铁品位、热风温度、喷吹煤粉量、高炉操作水平和富氧率等)而不断变化的。国内外高炉炼铁的炉料结构是没有一个固定模式的。每个高炉都是根据本企业所能获得自然资源的条件(品级和价格)、铁矿石的冶金性能和物理化学成分,以及高炉炼铁成本等方面因素来进行选择的。随着各种条件的变化,不同时期会出现不同的炉料结构。总体上讲,炼铁炉料结构是受复杂因素影响的,是与炼
