[目的]优选出夏大豆田防治暗黑鳃金龟幼虫的有效药剂。[方法]播种期施药后15、30 d采用罩网接虫法分别对5种化学制剂和3种真菌制剂的防治效果进行比较分析。[结果]30%毒死蜱微囊悬浮剂和48%毒死蜱乳油的防治效果均在90%以上,20亿孢子/g白僵菌粉剂施药后15 d接虫为90.83%,施药后30 d为68.02%。[结论]播种期施药防治夏大豆田暗黑鳃金龟幼虫,毒死蜱效果明显好于辛硫磷,白僵菌明显好于绿僵菌,微囊悬浮剂剂型可明显延长杀虫剂的持效期。
[Objective] The research aimed to optimize the effective medicament for preventing and controlling Diabrotidae larvae in summer soybean field. [Method] The control effects of 5 kinds of chemical agents and 3 kinds of fungi preparations were comparatively analyzed by using the cover netsworm method 15 and 30 days after sowing. [Result] The control effect of 30% chlorpyrifos microcapsule suspensions and 48% chlorpyrifos EC was more than 90%. The pest infestation rate was 90.83% 15 d after spraying with 2 g spore / g Beauveria bassiana powder and 30 d after 68.02%. [Conclusion] The effect of sowing on the control of Diabrotisella gracoides larvae and chlorpyrifos in summer soybean field was obviously better than that of phoxim, and Beauveria bassiana was obviously better than that of Metarhizium anisopliae. Application of microcapsule suspending agent could prolong the persistence of insecticides.
