氯盐型融雪剂的应用提高了公路融雪除冰效率,也对路面基础设施造成了一定的腐蚀影响。通过对比实验发现融雪剂浓度和实验环境对检测结果影响显著,考虑实际融雪后雪水状况与路域生态环境保护需要,优化了碳钢腐蚀性检测方法,建议待测融雪剂溶液浓度调整为35g/L,融雪剂碳钢腐蚀性评价指标调整为低于氯化钠(工业品)腐蚀率的20%。添加不同配比缓蚀剂成分的融雪剂溶液可使碳钢腐蚀速率降低至0.064~0.442mm/a,仅相当于工业氯化钠腐蚀性的7.9%~54.7%。较优的融雪剂配方为:工业盐97.5%、缓蚀剂A添加0.5%、缓蚀剂B添加0.5%、缓蚀剂C添加1.0%、缓蚀剂D添加0.5%。
The application of chloride salt type deicing salt improves the deicing efficiency of road snow melting and deicing, and also causes a certain corrosion impact on the pavement infrastructure. Through comparative experiments, it is found that the concentration of deicing salt and the experimental environment have a significant impact on the test results. Considering the situation of snow water after actual snow melting and the ecological environment protection of the road, the corrosion testing method of carbon steel is optimized. The concentration of deicing salt solution to be tested is adjusted to 35 g / L, deicing salt carbon steel corrosion evaluation index adjusted to less than 20% of sodium chloride (industrial) corrosion rate. Adding deicing salt solution with different proportions of corrosion inhibitor can reduce the corrosion rate of carbon steel to 0.064 ~ 0.442mm / a, only equivalent to 7.9% ~ 54.7% of industrial sodium chloride corrosion. The optimum deicing salt formula is as follows: 97.5% of industrial salt, 0.5% of corrosion inhibitor A, 0.5% of corrosion inhibitor B, 1.0% of corrosion inhibitor C and 0.5% of corrosion inhibitor D.
