煤尘是煤矿生产过程中不可避免的产物,高浓度煤尘的存在给煤矿的安全生产造成严重的威胁。随着矿井采掘深度的不断增加,瓦斯综合治理钻孔工程量不断加大,钻孔施工过程中的煤尘已成为矿井综合防尘的防治重点。利用水射流负压理论研制的水射流负压钻孔除尘装置可有效消除风力排粉钻孔钻进时产生的粉尘,并已在平顶山矿区得到推广应用。
Coal dust is an unavoidable product in the coal production process. The existence of high concentration of coal dust poses a serious threat to the safety of coal mines. With the continuous increase of mine excavation depth, the amount of comprehensive gas control drilling projects has been constantly increasing, and the coal dust in the drilling process has become the focus of prevention and control of comprehensive mine dust prevention. The water jet negative pressure drilling dust removal device developed by using the theory of water jet negative pressure can effectively eliminate the dust generated when the wind row of powder drilling holes is drilled and has been popularized and applied in the Pingdingshan Mining Area.
