将低压转子钢30Cr2Ni4Mo V粗大非平衡组织多次重复高温加热、保温适当时间淬火,分析α相再结晶程度对细化晶粒的影响。结果表明:经910~1000℃单次高温加热、淬火后,其晶粒度达5.5~6级;两次重复高温加热910℃×2 h细化效果较好,晶粒度达8级;三次重复高温加热910℃×2 h,促进了α相发生完全再结晶,实现晶粒均匀化。
The low-pressure rotor steel 30Cr2Ni4Mo V coarse non-equilibrium coarse tissue repeatedly repeated high temperature heating, quenching insulation appropriate time to analyze the α-phase degree of recrystallization on the grain refinement. The results show that the grain size reaches 5.5-6 after single high temperature heating at 910-1000 ℃ and the grain size reaches 5.5-6 on the second repetition of high temperature heating at 910 ℃ for 2 h, Repeated high temperature heating 910 ℃ × 2 h, promoting the α-phase recrystallization completely, to achieve uniform grain.
