在班主任的工作实践中,不少同志只注意运用批评手段去教育学生,却往往忽视甚至不能容忍学生进行反批评。其结果,学生不但不接受老师的批评教育,相反还会引起他们的反感,厌恶甚至抵触情绪,造成师生之间的隔阂和矛盾,难以达到教育的目的。怎样正确地对待学生的反批评呢? 首先,要认真分析学生进行反批评的原因。学生对教师的批评进行反批评,总是由一定的原因引起的,归结起来不外乎是以下三种情形:
