At present, the rapid development of China's economy and the cultivation of talents have become the only way for the rapid development of state-owned enterprises. Whether state-owned enterprises have excellent human resources is the top priority for the rapid development of state-owned enterprises today. The improvement of the level of human resources management of small and medium-sized state-owned enterprises is related to the key road for state-owned enterprises to gain advantages in fierce market competition. It can be seen that improving the work completion rate of employees and having outstanding talents can enhance the economic benefits of small and medium-sized state-owned enterprises and complete the rapid and sustainable development of small and medium-sized state-owned enterprises. The following mainly discusses the problems existing in the human resources of small and medium-sized state-owned enterprises in China and how to improve them. Only the establishment of a reasonable and scientific talent training system is the current human resources development strategy for small and medium-sized state-owned enterprises, and also analyzes the reasons for talent cultivation.
